What we do
We're a specialist exterior contractor focused on the building envelope: rainscreen cladding in fiber cement, metal, high-pressure laminate, ultra-high-performance concrete, and terracotta and ceramic. We supply and install these as complete, drained and back-ventilated systems — the panel, the sub-framing and cavity, the continuous insulation, and the weather-resistive barrier and flashings that genuinely keep a building dry.
That focus matters. A rainscreen only performs as well as its weakest detail, and most of those details sit at the boundaries between trades — where the cladding meets a window, turns a parapet, or wraps a penetration. By owning the envelope end to end, we keep those handoffs from becoming the leak no one planned for.
Working together
We work alongside architects, general contractors and owners from early material selection through shop drawings, mock-ups and installation. Bring us a set of elevations and a performance target and we'll help land on the system, attachment and detailing that fit the building, the budget and the DMV climate — then build it cleanly and document it for closeout.

The membrane keeps the building dry
We treat the weather-resistive barrier and its transitions as the real waterproofing line, and the cladding as the durable screen in front of it. Pressure-equalized and back-ventilated assemblies are detailed for wind-driven rain and freeze-thaw.
